Utilities:
The nacomatic.zip file contains batch files and the Windows "wget" utility that
will download all the approach plates for an individual airport, directly from
NACO's servers.

  • Extract everything into the folder where you want to keep everything.
  • Open a command line window.
  • CD into the folder where you extracted nacomatic.zip
  • If you want all the plates for O'Hare; use the command line to run the batch file named ORD.BAT
  • Hint: If you use a software firewall, you will almost certainly receive warnings that "wget" is trying to access the internet - this is normal. If you block "wget" ... it will not be able to download.
